Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Jo's Doll Shoppe purchase you may return it within 14 days of the date of receipt.  Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging along with your receipt or packing slip.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, we'll credit your account for the product amount - shipping will not be refunded.

Returning Items By Mail:

• Call (231-392-2423) or email first get return authorization and to verify current return shipping address.
• Include all original packing materials and accessories.
• Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.  Dresses/outfits returned in envelopes will not be accepted - they must be returned in boxes.
