Jenny & Lexie look so patriotic in this Liberty Sweater & Skirt Set.  The hand-knit (by my sister, Patt) sleeveless top was knit with a white pompadour yarn - with red and navy stripes. 

Her drop-waist skirt is a navy cotton - with tiny white stars.  The skirt has an elastic waistband.   The set includes a pair of white cotton panties and white sandals.
