Navy Stripes with Stars Dress Set

 

This new "Navy Stripes with Stars" dress has a white & navy blue stripe, with red & silver metallic stars, skirt.  The bodice is a navy cotton with three rows on tiny white pin tucks down the front.  The dress has an attached white cotton petticoat.  The dress is trimmed with white lace & a red satin waistband that ties in the back with a bow..    The set includes matching panties, white anklets and red Mary Jane shoes.
