Tiny Betsy McCall's "Sailor Dress Set" is made of a bright royal blue cotton.  The bodice has a polka dot inset - with a white collar embroidered in red - and a decorative red satin bow.  The little puffed sleeves are trimmed with white bands.  The dress has an attached white cotton petticoat - trimmed with white lace.  The dress has a white satin waistband that ties in the back with a bow.  

The set includes a pair of white panties trimmed with lace,  a  pair white anklets and a pair of red patent leather heart Mary Jane shoes.
