  This blue delft dress is a white cotton with little blue vines on it.  The dress has puffed sleeves trimmed with matching cuffs.  The dress has an attached white cotton petticoat - trimmed with white lace - and decorative machine embroidery at the hemline.  The dress has a royal blue sash & little bow and closes in the back with a thin strip of hook & loop and a bow.  The set includes a pair of matching panties trimmed with white lace, white anklets and navy heart shoes.
