  This "Wish Upon A Star" dress is a white cotton with little stars on it.  The dress has puffed sleeves trimmed with pink (or blue) cuffs.  The dress has an attached white cotton petticoat - trimmed with white lace - and decorative machine embroidery stars at the hemline.  The dress has a pink (or blue) satin sash and closes in the back with a thin strip of hook & loop and a bow.  The set includes a pair of matching panties trimmed with white lace, white anklets and white shoes.
