"Snips & Snails Tommy" is first little boy Heartstring Doll. He is in the 2012 Collection - Snips & Snails and Puppy Dog Tails - that's what little boys are made of.
He is an 8.25" vinyl collectible doll. His original sculpt is by Dianna Effner. He has wonderful blue/gray painted eyes. His blonde hair suits the mischievous little boy that he is.
His costume is designed & individually made by Jo Flitton in the United States. Tommy is wearing khaki cargo pants. His t-shirt is a green, rust, orange & cream stripe. He has a forest green hooded sweatshirt - trimmed with tiny buttons. Hiking boots complete his outfit.
He is a limited edition of 51.
